Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk or almond milk

1 cup frozen blueberries, cherries or raspberries

1/4 tsp cinnamon
-
dash of real salt

Add a tiny amount of raw, unfiltered honey to sweeten, but don't go overboard (optional)
Directions
Pour the ingredients into the a blender. Blend until smoothie and creamy. Periodically push the fruit down towards the blade to get an even blend, while the blades are not moving.
Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
